Can I pay my rent online?

Absolutely! Just click on the Resident portal link located in the navbar at the top, you will find a payment link once you have logged in.

Can I grill on my patio?

No. Grilling on your patio is both against City of Mesquite Fire Code and our Community Policies. However, we do have 3 different Grilling Areas for you to be able use year-round!

Does the property have cameras?

The 80 Reserved is equipped with video surveillance throughout the property.

Is there reserved parking or covered parking?

Yes, in addition to the open-air spaces, we offer Carport Parking as well as Reserved Parking available for a small increase to your monthly rent.

Do the units have laundry hookups?

Every unit in our community comes with hookups for both washer and dryer. Select units have Washer Dryer Included or You may bring your own washer dryer. You may also rent Washer/Dryers directly from us, hassle free!

Do you offer short-term leases?

We understand that not everyone needs a long term lease so we offer leases as low as 6-months.

Is there a pool?

Our community offers a resort-style swimming pool complete with pool lounge seating and BBQ grills.

What breeds of dogs do you allow?

We love all dogs however there are breeds that are restricted. All pets must be licensed, microchipped, and up to date on their vaccinations. Aggressive and select breeds are not allowed; Breed Restrictions: Any hybrid or mixed breed with any of the following: Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bull Dog, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, Presa Canario. This list is not all inclusive of all breeds and Management has final approval

Other than dogs what animals do you allow?

Our community allows our residents the option of bringing both cats and dogs to reside with them. Please see our extended pet policy for more information.

How do I see an apartment?

Yea!! We love this question and have several ways for you to do this. Simply fill out our schedule a tour form or you can call us to set up a time, or just stop by we welcome walk-ins. There will be coffee waiting!
